Why Should You Pass the Torch?

Pass the Torch for Women is intended to inspire women to pledge, to mentor, and to help develop one another personally as well as professionally, in order to create new opportunities and advance women in their careers!

Each team consists of 5 individuals, and a “torch” will physically be passed to each member as each lap is completed to symbolize the support and empowerment of all women!
