“I really love Pass the Torch, it’s a great program. With all the workshops and talks, it’s a great opportunity to learn more as an individual and professional. In terms of connecting with peers, I’ve met up with peers [from PTT] many times. We sit and chat about what’s going on in our lives. And we support each other. Being a part of the mentoring program has also been great. My first mentor has been amazing, a really great person, and I got a lot of really great advice especially as I was making some pretty important decisions in terms of my career.”
