Kelly Favory is in her 14th year serving Ball State University as the director of distance learning programs in the greater Indianapolis area. These programs include community personal interest and professional development programs along with academic degrees. She is passionate about creating a more talented and engaged workforce to build a thriving economic climate. Before her Ball State role, Kelly served in a similar role for a local chapter of a national non-profit trade association and prior to that, enjoyed 15 years in the corporate human resources field. Committed to lifelong learning, she holds a MA in Executive Development, a MA in Adult & Community Education, BA in Organizational Leadership and is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach. In her free time, you’ll find her on a hiking trail, bicycle riding, dog walking or simply enjoying family time.
