With roots in occupational therapy and acute rehab, Carroll has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive. She holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Occupational Therapy and a Masters in Health Administration from St. Joseph University in Philadelphia. Carroll has developed, directed, and guided rehab operations across the healthcare continuum, including Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Outpatient, Assisted Living,
and Employer Based Clinics.
Carroll started at Tx:Team in 1997 as Director of Rehab Services. She went on to serve as Education Director, Vice President of Clinical Development, and Vice President of Operations before assuming the role of President in 2006. Carroll’s intense passion for a transdisciplinary team model and her vision have allowed Tx:Team to deliver quality clinical and financial outcomes in rehab services across the continuum. She has expertise in regulatory and
compliance, denials management, program development, financial management, strategy and implementation. Her development of a culture of teamwork, in which each team member’s potential is respected and encouraged, has also been critical to our success.
Carroll leads operational performance, human resources and talent management, client relations, and clinical
direction and strategy for Tx:Team.
