Ami is the Vice President of Human Resources at Bell Techlogix and is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy for the company including attracting and developing the best talent and establishing a high-performance culture to empower employees and support and accelerate continued business growth. Ami has 20 years of progressive HR experience across a broad range of functional areas, including global talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development. Prior to Bell Techlogix, Ami was the HR Director for BioStorage Technologies, providing global HR Business Partner support to the fast-growing life sciences business which later became a division of Brooks Automation. Ami served as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner for the Brooks Life Sciences Services and Informatics Division, supporting the organization through substantial growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. Ami has a B.A. in Communication from Indiana University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. As a mother to four daughters, Madison, Aleigh, Nayima and Kamila, Ami is thrilled to serve as a mentor to other young women through Pass the Torch and as a member of the 500 Circle. She previously served as Vice-President of the Board of the Directors for the Global Orphan Foundation, an organization whose keystone project is supporting and caring for vulnerable children in the Democratic Republic of Congo where her youngest twin daughters are from.
