Responsible for the fundraising development and strategy to further the mission of Pass the Torch Foundation for Women.

This community guides women as they navigate their career pathways by providing mentoring and networking opportunities.

Job Description

Pass the Torch for Women Foundation has a strategic plan of scaling nationally and is looking for a Director of Development to join its growing team. With strong communication skills and a mission-driven mindset, the Foundation is looking for a full-time candidate who is a dynamic, results-oriented professional dedicated to the vision of the organization. Ideal candidates have experience working with diverse communities of people and can be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
