Developing Professionals Program

If you are a Developing Professional at the entry or mid-level of your career you can receive mentorship from an executive mentor while also serving as a mentor to a female college student!

We ask that all members of the community commit at least one hour per month to the program and this can be done on the phone or meeting in person. While you may have a local mentor or mentee, our virtual mentoring program easily connects you with mentees all across the country and on your timeframe. 

By becoming a part of our mentoring women program you also have access to our virtual leadership training and networking programming as well as local and national events.

As a Developing Professional you will receive:
  • Our mentoring sessions are four months in length, where you will have one-on-one conversations with your mentor/mentee for one hour month. These sessions can take place via phone /video or be done in person.
  • Attend monthly virtual events to connect with successful women and men across the nation.
  • Receive invitations to our local and national networking events.
