Melissa Greenwell, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leads human resources, communications and corporate social responsibility initiatives for Finish Line Inc., a national specialty athletic retailer. Melissa has applied her expertise in the design and development of organizations in many industries to help create high performance companies. Her career includes senior human resource leadership positions with Sallie Mae, Brightpoint North America, JP Morgan Chase, Oak Street Mortgage and Made2Manage Systems.
Melissa is a certified executive coach and volunteers her time with Mentoring Women’s Network, a national women’s mentoring organization. She was a recipient of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2013 Women of Influence Award and recognized as the 2012 Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Melissa has served on various community not-for-profit boards and currently serves as a director of Special Olympics Indiana and The Finish Line Youth Foundation.
