“Pass the Torch for Women Foundation Welcomes Lucia Mar to Board of Directors”

September 2020– Pass the Torch for Women Foundation has announced that Lucia J. Mar, CFA, CPA, a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America (BofA), will join the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Lucia leads the bank’s efforts in expanding its industry leading market share among public and private companies with $50 million to $2 billion annual revenue in the state of Indiana. As a market leader, she is responsible for revenue and profitability, developing and executing the market strategy, talent acquisition and development, and being the bank’s brand ambassador to the business community in Indiana.
