MONDAY - DEVELOPING LEADER PROGRAM LAUNCH
On Monday, we celebrated the launch of our newest mentorship program, Developing Leaders. Under the direction of Kelly Ragle, we were able to premiere this program, which is ideal for mid-level professionals who are looking for guidance as they further their careers and enter leadership positions, as well as for successful professionals who are passionate about passing their knowledge on to driven and motivated young women.
Kelly Ragle is a Manager in the Project Management Office at Lev, a Salesforce digital marketing consultancy. She joined PTTFW in 2018, continues to be both a mentor and a mentee in the program; and in 2019 served on the Developing Professionals committee. And now in 2020, Kelly helped launch the Developing Leaders program as its founding Chair. In her own words,
“The Developing Leaders program is going to be a fantastic way for a critical group of high-achieving professional women to build connections, grow their leadership skills as well as their support network, and – most importantly – give back by helping to encourage the next generation of women leaders that will come after them.”
TUESDAY - BOARD MEMBER HIGHLIGHT
Tuesday saw a busy day as we focused our attention on our incredible Board Members. Each hour, we published their inspiring quotes on why they pass their torches. We saw some wonderful quotes about what our mission has meant. We are so appreciative of our Board Members because we know our mission could not be realized without their dedication and support.

WEDNESDAY - IGNITE FOR WOMEN
Our exclusive simulcast event Ignite for Women was on Wednesday evening. We had so much fun listening to our phenomenal speakers. We began the event with a special welcome from Mary Beth Oakes, our Board Chair, followed by inspiring talks from Indiana First Lady Janet Holcomb and Indianapolis Deputy Mayor of Economic Development Angela Smith Jones.
KEYNOTE
Our keynote speaker, Jennifer Magley, dazzled us with a story about a town halfway across the world in which the women set up a central phone. Any woman in need could call that phone, triggering dozens of women across town to come to her aid. Not only is that a remarkable story, it’s also a powerful analogy for the services we provide at the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation. Women here in the United States, in our own communities, need help. They are calling that phone and hoping we answer
