“Pass the Torch for Women Foundation Invites Proposals for Innovative Mentoring Management Software Solutions to Strengthen Mission to Grow Women Leaders”

INDIANAPOLIS – Pass the Torch for Women Foundation today announced it is inviting proposals to fuel an innovative partnership through a Mentoring Management software solution that will support and strengthen the mentoring and networking opportunities for women to reach their full potential.

“Pass the Torch for Women Foundation is seeking a partner that will provide a creative partnership that will improve and accelerate the process of matching mentors and mentees,” said Deb Hallberg, CEO at Pass the Torch for Women Foundation. “Through this new solution, we will be able serve more members in the community and grow the Foundation nationwide.”

Pass the Torch for Women Foundation is using the Request for Proposal to evaluate suitable candidates and will select the vendor that best fulfills the requirements, as defined by the Foundation. Each of the vendors will address a series of questions to determine a potential fit with the current and future Mentoring Management objectives and vision. The expected outcome of the RFP is to select a vendor that can provide a solution that enables functionality in line with the Foundation’s goal to employ a Mentoring Management System.

“We are committed to our mission of growing women leaders and believe the best way to expand this mission is through integrated partnerships to assist in our technology needs,” explains Hallberg. “ We are looking forward to reviewing vendor responses and selecting a solution that will align with our values and philosophies as a Foundation.”

Pass the Torch for Women Foundation will accept grant proposals through an RFP process detailed at www.passthetorchforwomen.org.
