Liz Snyder is the Director of Human Resources and Professional Development at AYS, Inc., where she is responsible for leading human capital programs and strategies to ensure a capable and relevant workforce. She is a proven leader and change champion who is resourceful, adaptable, innovative, and known for her integrity and excellence.  She focuses on developing talent and aligning human capital with the company mission and strategies.

Liz’s industry experience includes banking at First Merchants Bank, property management at AIMCO, transportation at Budge Group, Inc., social services at Damar Services, Inc., and currently educational child services at AYS, Inc.

Liz has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector both as an employee and in board leadership. She currently serves as Co-President of the Board of Directors at Dance Kaleidoscope, is a member of the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation Local Advisory Board, and serves on the Human Resources Advisory Board at Ball State University.

Liz is also an active mentor as well as a huge supporter for the foundation.

She will be speaking at the spring open house on April 27th!
