Davisha Fredericks is Founder/CEO and empowerment Coach at SuSu, LLC but she is also a domestic violence survivor who fell silent for 15 years after being in a relationship chocked with physical, emotional, verbal, financial, and mental abuse for 10 years. Over a year ago, Davisha sought God to find how she can make an impact and empower women.

Ms. Cox has over 19 years of experience in multiple aspects of strategic planning, consulting and marketing communications with emphasis on organizational process improvement and implementation. Ms. Cox has performed process analysis and innovation identification for both the public and private sectors in Arizona and Indiana.
