Shamara has over 19 years of experience in multiple aspects of strategic planning, consulting and marketing communications with emphasis on organizational process improvement and implementation. Ms. Cox has performed process analysis and innovation identification for both the public and private sectors in Arizona and Indiana.

As a consultant, Shamara has worked with businesses partnering in strategy, technique and implementation. Her creativity redefines their potential and adds immeasurable value. Shamara has been training and consulting entrepreneurs and enterprises such as Beacon of Hope Center for Women, Damar Services, Steward Speaker’s, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, TC Howe Community High School, Emmerich Manual High School and Charter Schools USA, for over 18 years.

Patty has over 30 years of experience in partnering with organizations in the delivery of effective and measurable solutions to a variety of leadership development issues. She has assisted a broad base of client companies, both locally and nationally in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors, in growing, developing, and retaining their high potential leadership talent.

Patty is a recognized and active leader in the Indianapolis business community, sitting on a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit boards and is the immediate Past Chair of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. She believes strongly in the concept of “paying it forward” and that leaders have a responsibility to be role models and strong stewards in their communities.
