PROJECT GROW is a unique partnership between Pass The Torch For Women and USA Funds committed to expanding the number of women at the top levels of business, organizations and government.

The program accomplishes this mission by assisting women in achieving their goals for higher education and career advancement with the end goal resulting in a group of women who persist to graduation, successfully transition to the workforce, and grow their careers.

In 2015, Marian University and Ivy Tech Community College recruited 100 women to participate in the first Project Grow initiative. Here is one woman’s story:
