How Are YOU Celebrating Women Worldwide?

International Women’s Day isn’t just about showing gratitude to the women that you appreciate. This day is a symbol of the struggles that women around the world have undergone to gain equality and rights, and a reminder of how far there is still to go. Mentoring Women’s Network has created a campaign in honor of the global celebration of International Women’s Day. The Pass the Torch for Women campaign provides a meaningful way for individuals and organizations to express their belief in changing the gender balance within the workplace. Taking the pledge is EASY!

• Make a short video of yourself “Taking the Pledge” to Pass The Torch for Women by stating your commitment to help empower women.
• Share your video on your social networks using the hashtag #PassTorch4Women
• Tag your friends to make their own videos!
