Natalie Roberts is the Senior Vice President. As a Senior Vice President she is involved in development and implementation of short and long-range goals and objectives for the company. Her specific responsibilities include accounting, customer service, safety and risk management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, training and development, Public Relations and Public Affairs.
Natalie first came to Monarch Beverage as a college intern in 1994. After graduating from college she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and worked as an Account Manager for two years with Retail Support Force. Upon returning to Indianapolis, Natalie joined Monarch Beverage again in 1996 as a Sales Representative. After several years in Sales and Sales Management she became the Trainer and Recruiter and then was promoted to Director of Human Resources. In November of 2003 Natalie took on the role of Vice President of Marketing where she was responsible for supplier relations, marketing and budgeting for Monarch’s beer and wine brands. After two years in that position Natalie came back into HR as the Vice President of Human Resources. In January of 2011 her role expanded beyond HR. It now includes all areas of support for the company including: Accounting, Customer Service, HR, Risk Management, Public Relations and Government Affairs.
Natalie graduated from Franklin College and received her Bachelor degree in business with a major in Marketing and from the University of Indianapolis with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. In 2010 the Indiana Business Journal recognized her as one of Central Indiana’s “40 under 40”. She is a alumni of the Hoosier Fellows Program and is a Board of Director on the 500 Festival Committee.
