Kristen Actis-Grande is vice president of finance for the Residential HVAC and Supply business at Ingersoll Rand. In her current role, Kristen has financial responsibility for a multi-billion dollar manufacturing and retail business which delivers reliability, comfort and efficiency through its strategic brands, including Trane, American Standard, Ameristar and NexiaTM. Kristen’s responsibilities include managing risk, compliance and accuracy of financial statements. Her organization is responsible for analyzing results and delivering insights that affect future performance and shape the overall strategy and direction of the business.
Kristen began her career in Ingersoll Rand’s leadership development program. She subsequently held roles in cost accounting, financial analysis, audit, program management, and selling finance across various businesses and locations in the company. She has experience leading finance in startup, mature, and turnaround businesses.
Prior to her current role, Kristen led selling finance and strategy for Residential HVAC where she was instrumental in establishing a strategic growth program that is in place today and delivering record growth and profit for the business.
Kristen is passionate about supporting career advancement for women. She is a leader in Ingersoll Rand’s women’s network and the LGBTA employee resource group. She recently relocated to Mooresville, North Carolina with her family and spends her time outside work with her five-year-old triplets.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
