Nicole Williams

Walgreens – Director Of Pharmacy & Retail Operations

Nicole Williams is currently the Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations for Walgreens in the Indianapolis Area.  Since starting in this new role in April 2015 she has been working closely with her team to create programs and ensure their execution in order to improve the customer and patient experience, increase sales and pharmacy growth, build future talent while also growing external relationships within the community.  Nicole’s previous leadership positions during her 13 years with Walgreens include District Management, Community Management and Store Management.  She serves on the Executive Leadership Teams for the Integrating Women Leaders Foundation (IWL), the American Heart Association, and the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation.  Nicole is a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Board of Directors, the Network of Executive Women (NEW) and the Ellevate Network.  She is also on the Advisory Board at both Harrison College and Enactus at Indiana University.  She holds a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in Psychology from Bradley University. Linda Matkowski

City Securities – National Board Chair, EVP Head of Fixed Income Capitals
 Linda Matkowski serves as Executive Vice President at City Securities. Having spent the bulk of her career in Chicago, Linda recently joined City Securities to manage the Fixed Income Capital Markets division, which comprises Public Finance Banking, Underwriting, Institutional Trading & Sales, and Retail/Taxable Trading. Linda is a graduate of the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana. Linda has been involved in number of volunteer activities including serving two terms as an elected board member for a school district in Illinois.  She served two years as an appointed board member on the Financial Oversight Panel for East St. Louis School District 189.  In previous years she also served on various committees for the Illinois State Board of Education dealing with financial and educational policy issues.  She is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences addressing financial policies and procedures for local governmental entities. – See more at: http://passthetorchforwomen.org/team/linda-matkowski/#sthash.1bZKQqAT.dpuf
